Welcome back, my reader!

2+ years have passed since I came back to Finland from my beloved Africa, and settled at our rural house at Koli (vaarinkallio.com).

Less than a week ago we set up AfroKoli (afrokoli.fi), a place to experience Africa within the Finnish national landscape.

You should join our launch this Friday, with an African interpretation of the Finnish midsummer. We will start with a short devotional at the Vaarinkallio chapel, and then move to AfroKoli at Länsirannantie 2 to spend the rest of the day together. Music, culture, nice food, alcohol free drinks, and great company. The best juhannus in Finland, to express it modestly.

Please come and visit us. AfroKoli is run by our Namibian sons Lannie and Gideon and our daughter-in-law Chioma, Anton’s wife, from Nigeria.

So learning with Africans continue, but at Koli!
